Just seen this report of changes to Talk Talk;
“Now that our brand has changed to TalkTalk Business, we have decided to simplify our group structure and are moving all our businesses into one legal entity. We will transfer your contract from Opal Connect Limited to TalkTalk Communications Limited (Co. Reg. No. 03849133) which will trade under the name of TalkTalk Business with effect from 1 April 2011.
There is no action required as a result of this.
Please be assured this change will not affect the service or pricing you receive or payments you make in any way. The good news is that if you currently pay by Direct Debit you need take no action to continue receiving the benefits of Direct Debit. TalkTalk Business will continue to appear on your bank/building society statement and your Direct Debit statement.
There is no need for you to complete a new Direct Debit Instruction, as details of the change will have been supplied to your bank, who may also notify you, independently. You will continue to enjoy the benefits of the Direct Debit Guarantee, as detailed below. If you have any questions about this change please call Customer Services.”
